    Is there a recommendation for where in the weekly schedule land training fits in? Is that on the “cross-training” day? Love the concept and setup of this program – looking forward to seeing how it works!

    Hi Jeff, Welcome to Faster Masters and thank you for your question. You can approach the land training two ways depending on your available time for training.

    The first way is to do your strength training as a second session on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday when the following day is an easy row or easy cross training session. That is if you have the time to do a second session.

    The second approach is to use your cross-training day as your strength days and combine some easy aerobic with it.For example, if you are at the gym your could erg 15 minutes before and after for warming up and cooling down.

    The third way is a combination. If you have extra time one one day do your strength as a second session and then use another cross-training day as a strength day.
