  • Winter training in an only sometimes Winter Place

    Hi,
I train on the east coast of North Carolina in the USA. We are in a period where it is sometimes too cold and too windy to row, but we have some nice days. It is hard to get consistent with technique training. I try making notes in a journal so that I know kind of what I want to come back to on my next session. Does anyone have any other thoughts during an inconsistent season?

Definitely keep that journal. And try to do the same technique building up from the basics like pick drill each time you go out.

Yes keep a log of your favourite go to drills to warm up with, start slowly each time allowing rhythm to settle in. Marlene
