Over the past 18 years, she has worked in sports, oncology, cardiovascular, and general wellness nutrition, as well as weight management, digestive disorders, and nutrition support therapy (enteral and parenteral nutrition). Her private practice, Avery Nutrition provides telehealth to clients all over the world. A sports enthusiast, Elizabeth has competed in countless collegiate and masters rowing regattas, at least 35 road races, 11 marathons, numerous tennis and volleyball tournaments, and an Olympic-distance triathlon.
