You plan on racing 1k this season and you want to be at your best. Sprint racing requires power and speed. Racing crew or small boats takes diligent practice of stroke power as well as bladework technique. Our plans teach you race skills, prepare your fitness and ability to rate high as well as the essential pre race taper. You need to train your efficiency, improve boat speed and find the ideal race rate. Sprint rowing races are FUN and challenging. It takes specific preparation to do well from heat through to final. There’s a lot to learn. Our plans will improve your mid-race boat speed, racing starts and design your race plan.
