A rowing tour on a beautiful lake or river is a fitness-holiday to look forward to. Practicing and preparing for the type of rowing that you will do on your tour will make your experience more enjoyable. You will reduce the risk of injury because you will be adapted to rowing longer distances. You will work out your fuel and hydration plan for your daily rows and you will polish your technique so you row more efficiently.
