    Hi everyone. I’m Margie Freivogel, and I row with St. Louis Rowing Club. After sweep rowing for about 20 years, I attended Craftsbury and got very into sculling. Fortunately, this gave me a way to keep rowing when the pandemic shut down team boats for awhile. Now I only scull. In 2020, I even bought a single — maybe a crazy thing to do at my age (now 73.) On the other hand, now or never.

    Thunderbird is the name of my single. In many Native American legends, Thunderbirds control the weather. They also dispense justice.
