I am skipping sessions this week – for work. What can / should I do to stay fit?
It’s the Sculling Intensive Europe this week and I have a 7 am webinar every day (including two Saturdays). I’m feeling I am letting down my crew mates in the eight – we are training for an event in November. What would you do to compensate?
