We have included strength training by Alex Wolf within your program. Alex writes the Strength training for Faster MAsters monthly training programs, he was the British Rowing lead Strength and Conditioning Coach and has deep expertise in rowing and also training older athletes.
Alex understands how to use strength training for high rate rowing as well as low rates. His strength program will help you improve your peak power by anything from 5 to 25 watts. That's massive when it comes to erg splits.
Join the fortnightly video calls and learn how to do each workout, how to refine and improve your workout split and rate scores, testing your progress, and the scale of improvement you should aim for, race strategies, warming up, the challenge of big event nerves.
You do not need to have your rowing machine nearby for the video call - it is a discussion, not an exercise class.
