Knowing drills can help you diagnose and fix problems in the boat yourself – self-coaching.

Successfully learning from drills means it’s important that drills are clearly demonstrated and explained so you understand the purpose of the drill and also what to look out for (doing it well or doing it wrong). In this collection each drill is explained, contextualised (when to use it and what it helps you to learn) and then demonstrated. Many drills then include advanced progressions so you can refine the movement to make it more challenging.
