Run with weekly group calls led by Elizabeth, she will give you the tools you need to make changes to your fueling so that you can lose weight while still continuing to train successfully.

Class dates and timings

The four group class dates 30th January, 6th February, 13th February, 20th February 2025. Note for Australia and New Zealand add one day.

All classes will be at 3.30 pm EST.
