Written by Alex Wolf, ex British Rowing strength trainer and a leading innovator in the field. Alex is the author of “Strength and Conditioning for Rowing”. Alex continually pushes boundaries and is on the path to provide learning opportunities to those without the privilege of access to them. He was involved in developing and delivering these within the UK High Performance System from 2004 – 2019.
