Get expert analysis of your rowing or sculling with a video review from Faster Masters Rowing Coaches.

You will get a detailed assessment of your technique PLUS detailed recommendations of drills and adjustments which will help you to progress.

Each review requires you to send in 3-5 stroke video of yourself or your crew rowing firm pressure, low rate.

Try to shoot this from 90 degrees square off from the boat. You can do this from the bank – just row close in. A mobile phone video is sufficient. Tips on how to video your crew effectively.

Upload the video to a dropbox, YouTube or similar and share the link with Faster Masters. We will review and record our analysis before sending it back to you. Watch frequently and compare yourself as you row now with the advice given.
